Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds and returns are not accepted once the files have been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a problem accessing your order, receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or require technical assistance, please contact us so the issue can be investigated. This includes situations where:

• You cannot access your download
• A file is missing
• A file is corrupted
• You received the wrong product
• You experience a technical delivery issue

This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
