1. Who we are
This website is operated by picsbydash ("we", "us", "our"). Contact email: support@picsbydash.com.
2. Digital products
We sell digital photography products, including Adobe Lightroom presets and related downloadable materials ("Products"). Products are supplied as digital files only — no physical item is shipped.
3. Licence
Purchasing a Product grants you a licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying preset files, branding or intellectual property, which remain ours.
You may:
- Install and use the presets on your own compatible devices
- Use the presets to edit your own personal photography
- Use the presets to edit photography created for your own clients
- Publish and commercially use the final edited photographs you create
You may not:
- Resell the preset files
- Share the files with another person
- Upload them to file-sharing services
- Redistribute them in free or paid bundles
- Modify and resell the preset files
- Claim the presets themselves as your own product
- Transfer the licence to another person or business
4. Compatibility
Our presets are designed for Adobe Lightroom Mobile and Adobe Lightroom Desktop, supplied in .XMP and .DNG formats. Adobe Lightroom software is not included with your purchase. You are responsible for confirming you have compatible software and devices before purchasing.
5. Results and adjustments
Presets are designed to bring you closer to the final frame, but adjustments may still be required. Results vary according to camera, file type, exposure, white balance, lighting, subject and existing image settings. We do not guarantee identical results on every photograph.
6. Delivery and access
Products are supplied digitally through Shopify. You must provide an accurate email address at checkout. If your download email or link does not arrive, or you experience any issue accessing your Product, please contact us using the details in Section 1 or via our Contact page so the issue can be investigated.
7. Refunds and returns
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds and returns are not accepted once the files have been delivered or accessed. If you experience a problem accessing your order, receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or require technical assistance, please contact us so the issue can be investigated. This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise indicated and may change at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify and its available payment providers.
9. Promotions
Discount codes and sales may have specified end dates and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot necessarily be combined. The price shown at checkout is final.
10. Intellectual property
All preset files, product names, website copy, photography, branding, graphics, guides and downloads on this website are protected and remain our property or that of our licensors. Photographs displayed on this website may not be copied or reused without our permission.
11. Prohibited use
You must not use this website or our Products for fraud, unauthorised redistribution, circumventing our purchase or download systems, malicious use of the site, or infringing the rights of any third party.
12. Liability
We are not responsible for incompatibility where compatibility requirements were clearly disclosed, results differing due to image or lighting conditions, changes made by third-party software, or loss caused by misuse of downloaded files. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Third-party services
Shopify, our payment processors, Adobe software and social platforms referenced on this website are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies, which are outside our control.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this website.
